Ferro-Molybdenum

High Carbon Ferrochrome/Low Carbon Ferrochrome

Ferrochrome is used as a source of chrome for all grades of iron castings, carbon steels, and stainless steel production. We offer a full range of ferrochromium products based on ASTM 101 specifications.

High Carbon Ferromanganese/ Low Carbon Ferromanganese

Count on us for a complete line of standard, medium, and low carbon ferromanganese (FeMn) in sizes suitable for furnace and ladle additions. FeMn is used to promote proper ferrite and pearlite percentages and machining properties. Many sizes are available.

Pig Iron

Pig iron is an excellent source of Iron Units alloyed with various levels of silicon and manganese, depending on the grade of iron or steel being produced. It also provides good density for faster melting and energy savings in induction melting furnaces.

Silicon Carbide

Silicon carbide is an excellent source of silicon and carbon, while also deoxidizing the molten iron bath. Silicon carbide also exhibits some chill control on the molten bath. Available in 3/8" x down size in 50 lb. bags or in 2,500 lb. super sacks.
