Meet the Presenters!
Chris Caflin is Business Manager for Functional Coatings & Additives at Asbury Advanced Materials, where he leads portfolio strategy, commercialization, and growth initiatives for the business. He brings more than 20 years of experience across industrial operations, product management, business development, supply chain, and commercial strategy. Chris has held leadership roles at Asbury, Linde, and Just Born, with experience managing product portfolios, P&L performance, new product launches, and cross-functional growth initiatives. He holds an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Moravian College.
Business Manager – Functional Coatings & Additives
Robert Holt is Application Manager at Asbury Advanced Materials, where he leads coating development and application work across graphite, graphene, and boron nitride technologies. He brings more than 30 years of experience in coatings, formulation, product development, and technical leadership across a wide range of industrial applications. His expertise includes dry film lubrication, release coatings, tribology, corrosion protection, thermal management, and other functional coating technologies. Robert holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University at Buffalo and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Canisius University.
