To Our Customers and Partners:
The global transformation that is the year 2020 continues to advance, with the COVID-19 pandemic showing signs of improvement in the hardest hit areas, like Europe, Seattle and the northeast United States while other US areas like the southeast, south and southwest are showing signs of infection resurgence as are parts or Asia and South America. These continue to be unprecedented times and we continue to “write the book” on how to deal with them each and every day.

Through it all, however, two things have remained constant, Asbury’s commitments to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners and our dedication to supporting our “essential” client base. Even as the situation improves in the hardest hit areas, we remain vigilant in our efforts to sanitize and protect our people, plants and offices globally.

We are also prepared for the re-opening of our Corporate Office in New Jersey as soon as we are legally allowed to do so, and have established a rotational plan for office attendance with an eye to protect our most vulnerable employees and to limit attendance to 50% of staff on any given day. We continue to build on our Pandemic Response Plan this to guide and prepare us for what the future may hold and I remain encouraged that our efforts are having a positive effect as we have no employees reporting positive test results as of today.

As the health of the world hopefully continues to improve, the aftermath of the pandemic remains with us, significant economic recession being the foremost hurdle we face at the moment, the likes of which we have not seen or experienced in decades.

These challenges have presented us with opportunities to identify and harness efficiencies in the ways we work and manage our business, however we have implemented partial operational schedules and furloughs at some locations but all sites remain open and fully operational to meet customer needs. Through it all, we remain steadfast in delivering our commitments and continue to forge forward, with a strong balance sheet, – demonstrating what it is to be #AsburyStrong.

The team at Asbury is like no other, they are a diverse, multi-cultural, all-inclusive “family” of individuals who come together daily for a common cause – to promote our Core Values and to serve our customers. Our company would not be where it is, 125 years strong, without the dedication and hard work of these individuals working as a team and I could not be prouder to be part of this Asbury family.

As always, we will continue to provide updates on our operational status as frequently as possible through your typical internal contacts and through notification on our website at

Once again, I thank you for the privilege to serve you.
