Graphokote 495 is a quick-drying, heavy-duty non-HAP graphite dry film lubricant coating for use in metalworking and other various applications. Graphokote 495 performs well in extreme temperatures or extremely dusty environments where oil-based lubrication is not feasible. Common applications include extrusion billet coatings, hot top billet casting, and casting mold release. It has a flash point of 57F.
